The expansion of the Whitbread-owned Premier Inn brand continues with the opening of a further 44 bedrooms in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent.
The existing Premier Inn and Brewers Fayre has benefited from an annexe extension, built adjacent to the 96-bedroom hotel.
The four-storey building utilises a timber frame, while the exterior finish is a combination of blockwork and render to compliment the design of the existing bedroom block.
The new generation bedroom design provides the comfort, quality and value which come with the Premier Inn brand.
The construction was completed by Medlock over a period of 39 weeks.
Premier Inn is the UK's largest hotel brand, which has more than 785 hotels with 72,000 rooms. The group plans to have 85,000 rooms by 2020.
