Epic Pub Company falls into administration


The Epic Pub Company, which has 11 pubs, has fallen into administration, and has appointed administrators FRP Advisory.

The pubs have been closed and administrators have instructed Fleurets to market three of the pubs in London and the Home Counties.

The Imperial Arms in Chelsea (pictured) is a Victorian period public house on the fashionable Kings Road and benefits from multiple trading areas and a courtyard garden to the rear. It is available as a leasehold assignment with offers invited.

The Golden Ball in Maidenhead is a prominent roadside site with a large car park and trade garden, which is available as a freehold with a guide price of £950k excluding VAT.
