Darwin and Wallace is set to open its eighth bar and restaurant tomorrow, 29 October, in Canary Wharf, E14.

This all-day waterside site will be open for Monday morning coffee through to Friday evening nightcaps.

On Sunday, there’ll also be a classic roast menu, as well as weekend brunch featuring the likes of Ricotta Pancakes, Breakfast Tacos, and Eggs Benedict.

The kitchen, which is led by Executive Chef Simon Duff Kimchi, will be serving up main dishes such as Halloumi & Crushed Avocado Burger, and House-made Kimchi Fried Rice, followed by Rotisserie Pineapple with coconut sorbet and chilli syrup, and Coconut chia pudding.

Post work drinks will be soundtracked on Thursday and Friday evenings by DJs and for when drinks turn into dinner, small and sharing, virtuous or hearty dishes.

Cocktails include Passionfruit & Ginger Mojito, Elderflower & Earl Grey Fizz, and Cucumber & Watermelon Spritz.
