PittaBun reopens in W1

PittaBun, the Greek street food brand, has reopened its doors in the heart of Carnaby, London W1.

Customers can now once again enjoy the ‘Souvlaki Bun’ with slow cooked pork belly, homemade tzatziki spread, tomatoes, red onion, fresh mint & parsley herb salad, and ‘Fish and Beets’ bun with crispy fried English cod fillet, roasted beetroot, baby greens, walnut & garlic skordalia spread and beetroot ketchup.

For sides, there's spicy oregano seasoned chips which can be loaded with feta, tzatziki, tartar or the brand's own spicy sauce or a lighter Greek salad with sweet cherry tomatoes, organic capers and ‘peppery’ feta cheese.

For a sweet treat, there's the indulgent 'Choco bun’ is a toasted pitta smothered with Nutella and chopped roasted hazelnuts.

Focused on serving delicious, quality street food using only the best produce from Greece, PittaBun prepare the fillings, spreads and sauces in house daily alongside its exclusive hand-stretched and freshly baked pitta breads.

Filled with the finest cuts of meats and vegetables, slow cooked for up to 12 hours until tender and left to caramelise over charcoal, the filled buns have a signature smokey flavour, reminiscent of the best kerb side eats in Greece.

Also available will be a selection of chilled beers and wines from artisan Greek producers including Nissos Pilsner, a refreshing drop from the Greek island of Tinos and Assyrtiko, a white wine indigenous to Santorini.
