Bisushima launches new delivery service

Joining the bustling London takeaway scene this week is Bisushima, a new, premium Japanese restaurant in London's WC2, which launched and remained opened for just two days before being forced to close for this second lockdown.

Located within the Page 8 hotel, the beautiful restaurant overlooks Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square, however guests will need to wait a bit longer until they can enjoy the panoramic views once again.

Fortunately the same doesn't apply to the delicious food, as Chef Patron Sergey Men, with help from Takuya Watanabe (chef from Michelin-starred Jin Paris) and Alex Furusawa (Bisushima’s Head Sushi Chef) has set up a new delivery service, offering the highlights from the launch à la carte menu.

Using only premium quality fish and seafood, dishes include Wild seabass sashimi with shisho & Tosazu shiso dressing, and Mackerel tatsuta with salsa & shiso dressing.

Also on offer, Toro futomaki - prawn and vegetable tempura donburi, and Whole dashimaki tamago with fresh white truffle.

For those after a sweet treat, Bisushima serves up Matcha & white chocolate terrine, Yuzu Cheesecake, and Dark chocolate & ichimi pepper terrine.

The restaurant is open for takeaways and click & collect seven days a week from 5pm - 10pm.
