LA-based fast food brand, Eggslut has open its third London site in Shoreditch, joining those in Notting Hill and Fitzrovia.
The menu, which features 'eggy buns' using eggs from cage-free chickens, includes Gaucho which comes with seared Wagyu tri-tip steak, over medium egg, chimichurri sauce, red onions & dressed rocket.
There is also Bacon, Egg & Cheese with Applewood smoked bacon, over medium egg, cheddar cheese, chipotle ketchup, and Fairfax - soft scrambled eggs, chives, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese & sriracha mayo.
For those wanting something meatier, there's Gaucho (pictured), filled with seared Wagyu tri-tip steak, over medium egg, chimichurri sauce, red onions & dressed rocket.
Exclusive to the UK menu is Slut, coddled egg with truffle & rosemary sea salt potato hash browns, and slices of fresh baguette.
The buns and other breads are made locally every day but for those who prefer to go bread-free, salad can be substituted.
For drinks, there is a range of hot and chilled coffee, plus juices and fizzy beverages.
The Shoreditch venue, like the sister sites, will offer counter dining too.
