Thomas Ridley makes introducing plant-based meals easy for operators

Thomas Ridley Foodservice, one of the UK's leading food wholesalers to the catering industry, has launched its Delicious Alternatives e-brochure.

This helpful tool covers plant-based food trends, understanding customer motivations, and how to incorporate veggie and vegan dishes into a menu etc.

The company has also introduced some plant-based brands that are relatively new to the UK market:
