Utilising over 15 years of experience at some of Cumbria’s finest eateries, the force behind Cumbrian Baker, Sharon Rutland, has launched a brand new online store, delivering tasty tray bakes nationwide. Aimed at sweet treat enthusiasts, the boxes of six tray bakes are made with love and care in the baker’s Cumbrian HQ using only the finest ingredients including proper butter, high-quality cocoa and chocolate and locally sourced jams, eggs, coffee and more.
Each traybake has been chosen by Sharon and her team of trained chefs to offer the perfect mix of gooey chocolate and fruity goodness and include some of the bestsellers that their loyal fans line up for.
Customers can choose from four pre-picked boxes or can build their own. Satisfyingly sized and super thick, the traybakes include super sticky brownies, millionaire’s shortbread topped with a thick layer of caramel and chocolate, fruity blondies and oaty slices and include both gluten-free and vegan options.
Each box contains six sizable treats and is priced at £20 each. Boxes include:

The ‘Classic Selection’ box is perfect for those who just want to try a little bit of everything and includes a Brownie and Salted Caramel Brownie (both gluten-free), one Millionaires Shortbread, one Raspberry and White Chocolate Blondie, one vegan Oaty Berry Slice and one Cherry Bakewell Blondie.

The boxes are made to order at Cumbrian Baker’s HQ on the edge of the Lake District using the finest locally sourced ingredients and are delivered using next-day delivery every Thursday nationwide, just in time for the weekend. Gift options are also available.
