Oakman Inns and Restaurants, the pub operator led by Peter Borg-Neal, saw like-for-like sales growth of 11.1% for Q1 of 2014/15.
The group recently acquired two sites: The Kings Inn in Chipping Ongar and Beech House in St Albans and is planning to raise £2m to open three more sites this year.
Earlier this year the company, formed in 2007, recruited Alex Ford as Operations Direction in preparation for this new period of growth.
Oakman currently operates 10 sites including the new sites. Beech House is set to open in September and The Kings Inn in October.
