Delaware North has been contracted to manage the catering operation at Fulham FC.
The contract, which will see the company take over all catering provision at the club’s Craven Cottage stadium including the general admission concourses, hospitality boxes and lounges, and non-match day conferences and events.
From year three of the deal, Delaware North will also be responsible for the catering and hospitality at the club’s new Riverside Stand, which is currently in the planning stage.
This investment will provide a new meeting and events space overlooking the river Thames, while a new riverside cafe, open to the public, will also form part of this development and be included under Delaware North’s remit.
