BaxterStorey to boost online presence with new social business manager

Workplace caterer, BaxterStorey has taken its social business strategy to the next level by appointing Thomas Kilroy (pictured) for the newly created role of Social Business Manager.

With four years at the company as General Manager, Kilroy is now responsible for delivering a collaborative online marketing strategy and sharing the narrative of the BaxterStorey brand to ensure the company remains relevant and engaged with customers, clients and business prospects.

A key area of the role is to drive forward BaxterStorey’s presence on platforms like Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn, as well as running a blog.

The new social strategy combines a three-pronged approach that sees Kilroy assisting the sales team to generate new business, nurture existing client relationships and drive sales on a retail level.
