Pub and restaurant chain Anglian Country Inns has opened its sixth pub at Weston in Hertfordshire.
The Cricketers pub, formally owned by Rhubarb Inns, will be headed by Mareck Vlk, who has worked at the company's Jolly Sailors pub in Norfolk over the past four years.
Managing Director, James Nye said, 'I am very excited about this acquisition. As a family we have known the Cricketers for a long time and very much look forward to seeing the pub once more become a big part of the village community.'
