Hertfordshire-based company, Oakman Inns & Restaurants is in set to acquire The Lazy Cow in Warwick.
The company’s chief executive, Peter Borg-Neal, promised that there will be no redundancies at the hotel and restaurant in Theatre Street.
The Lazy Cow opened in October 2010 after a £1.5m revamp and has since achieved a net annual turnover of around £1.7m.
Ross Sanders, who took over what was the Globe Hotel and restaurant five years ago, also owns Lazy Cow restaurants in Stratford and Solihull.
