Crown-owned caterer, Kudos has carried out a refurbishment of Winchester Cathedral Refectory cafe and has refreshed the menu too.
The catering firm won the three-year deal last September and this refurb is the most significant change since the addition of the Paul Woodhouse Suite and the Garden Marquee in the grounds.
The Cathedral kitchen will serve food freshly prepared onsite by the Cathedral baker and food will be locally sourced as much as possible.
The Cathedral attracts over 300,000 visitors a year and the cafe has operated on its grounds for over 20 years offering snacks and meals, pastries and fresh coffee.
