Crown-owned caterer, Kudos has seen a 14% sales rise at the recently revamped Feed cafe at the Brighton Centre.
The refurbishment was part of the £5m extended five-year contract. The Feed is a blend of fashionable street food, high street cafe and conference dining.
The onsite Kudos team also introduced a brand new local product range to the Brighton Centre including locally caught fish from the South Coast; meat and poultry from Burt’s family butchers in Bexhill; and all fruit and veg from Tasteables of Brighton.
The three new fixed retail outlets and bars offer a modern conference and concert retail concept to visitors that includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and late night feeding options as well licensed bars for events.
