Longshot Country Inns to open seventh Bel & the Dragon site


Longshot Country Inns is set to open its seventh Bel & the Dragon in Kingsclere, Hampshire on 19 May.

The new inn will feature nine en-suite bedrooms and a 50-cover restaurant with a menu created by group head chef Ronnie Kimbugwe, who previously spent seven years working for Gordon Ramsay.

The menu will offer dishes such as a sustainable fish pie and English veal bolognaise alongside daily fish specials. The rotisserie menu will include roasted suckling pig, while grilled Atlantic lobster and zucchini frites with garlic butter will be cooked using the Josper grill.

The dessert menu features warm gluten-free chocolate fondant with salted caramel ice-cream, and Sipsmith vodka & lemon zest sorbet.
