Pub operator, Amber Taverns is to launch a new Hogarths Gin Palace in Leicester on Hotel Street this Friday.
The new bar, which has created 24 jobs, is the seventh Hogarths branch to have opened in the UK.
Amber Taverns acquired the site for £600k and has invested more than £800k in the refurbishment to transform it into a premium community centric bar with a gin twist.
Interestingly, this is the second gin-based opening on Hotel Street. Last month, Charnwood-based distillery, 45 West Distillers opened its first bar and bottle shop.
The concept was launched in Bolton in October 2014, and beyond gin embraces a wide range of innovative spirits such as the cold pressed coffee liqueur from Australia - Mr Black.
Hogarths also stocks a wide range of cask and craft beers and regularly rotate both classic and contemporary cocktails.
Hogarths Gin Palace sites can currently be found in Preston, Bolton, Wakefield, South Shields, Ilkeston and Swansea in Wales.
