Dirty Bones is set to open a third restaurant next week, which is situated within a Grade II-listed heritage property in the heart of London's Shoreditch.
Opening on 7 September, the new branch will serve up the brand's New York-inspired comfort food dishes and cocktails.
Dirty Bones Shoreditch will be the first of the group to house all-day dining throughout the week, and will be home to their new East-exclusive weekday breakfast menu as well as the ‘Dirty Roast’ every Sunday.
The new weekday breakfast menu will include Dirty Buns - flavours include the Truffled Chilli Cheese Bun; Matcha Custard French Toast; and Bourbon Poached-Pear and Banola.
A selection of cold pressed juices and creative hot drinks, such as the Turmeric Latte and the Dirty Chai, will also be available, as well as a section dedicated to Shoreditch Crumpets - benedict crumpets topped with a choice of short rib, smoked haddock or sriracha’d goats’ cheese and avocado.
Also exclusive to Dirty Bones Shoreditch will be the all-new Dirty Roast, available from 12pm every Sunday, offering guests a choice of Brisket & Ox Cheek; Spiced Buttermilk Fried Chicken; or Beet & Portobello Melt, served with homemade gravy and all the trimmings.
Groups of four or more will also be able to share the Table Roast, a sharing style experience that includes all three Dirty Roasts, three homemade gravies and a platter of sides to share.
New lunch and dinner dishes will include the Cheeseburger Dumplings (homemade gyoza stuffed with aged burger mince and melting cheese), a section of Salads, such as the Dirty Mary Salad inspired by their best-selling cocktail, and the Shoreditch Signature main course of crispy, long cut lamb ribs slow-cooked for 15 hours and served with tangy chimichurri.
The new venue joins the other two Dirty Bones' outlets in Kensington, and in Kingly Courtm by Carnaby Street.
