The Ivy Collection has announced the opening date as Monday, 29 July for its latest restaurant located in the heart of Glasgow,
The Ivy Buchanan Street is an all-day British brasserie offering an all-encompassing menu serving modern British and international Ivy-inspired classics from dawn until dusk, seven days a week.
The restaurant will be situated across two floors with a large bar prominent on both floors, and beautiful private dining room on the first floor.
There will be breakfast, brunch and dinner menus offering dishes such as Asparagus with truffle hollandaise, Native lobster linguine, and Jackfruit and peanut bang bang salad.
There will be a series of locally-inspired cocktails featured on our menu, as well as an extensive Champagne and wine list. Created by the brasserie’s expert bar team, cocktails will include a refreshing Bramble G&T with Ellis No.2 Scottish Bramble Gin, Briottet crème de Mure, fresh blueberries & Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic, and The Discovery, featuring Shackleton Blended Whisky, Barolo Chinato, rosemary & orange syrup and Peychaud’s Bitters.
DJs and musicians will provide entertainment on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings for those dining upstairs or enjoying cocktails at the pink bar.
