Gordon Ramsay Group has bought London pizzeria, Pizza East, which was part of the Soho House group and closed last month.
Launching in 2009, Pizza East currently has a flagship space in the Tea Building in Shoreditch. The original Notting Hill restaurant was permanently closed on 1 January this year.
The restaurant serves up rustic handmade pizzas, plus seasonal wood oven-cooked dishes, antipasti and daily specials.
This is a second pizzeria brand snapped up by group. Street Pizza has London sites in Battersea, St Paul's, Southwark and Ealing (new opening), plus those beyond the capital in Surrey, Edinburgh and Liverpool.
This latest aquisition will see the Gordon Ramsay Group UK estate swell to over 35 venues, with further sites in the US and France.
