Red Engine has opened its newest Electric Shuffle location in Deansgate, Manchester.
Electric Shuffle Manchester is Red Engine's second bar in the city, following the launch of the National Pub & Bar Award-winning Flight Club in 2018.
The concept features a high-tech, immersive version of shuffleboard. The new venue boasts an art-deco-inspired bar at its center, surrounded by semi-private shuffleboard areas. The food menu includes small plates and sourdough pizzas.
CEO Steve Moore, who co-founded Electric Shuffle and Flight Club said, 'After months of working tirelessly to bring this new venue to life, we are so excited to finally be opening our doors.' He added 'Manchester is such an incredible city, so we feel really privileged to be opening a second bar there. We can’t wait to start welcoming the people of Manchester.'
Red Engine currently employs over 1,000 people worldwide across its venues and central operations hub.
Its concepts are rapidly gaining a global presence as the hospitality group continues to expand its portfolio of owned and partner-owned venues across the UK, US, and Australia.
After Electric Shuffle Manchester, Red Engine plans to open Electric Shuffle New York, Flight Club Liverpool, and Flight Club Oxford. Additionally, with the openings of Flight Club Philadelphia, Flight Club Washington, and Flight Club Melbourne by Red Engine’s international partners, the global Flight Club and Electric Shuffle venue portfolio is set to expand to 33 locations by the end of 2024.
