Wholesale giant Costco, has appointed developer JF Finnegan to build a 375,000 sq ft wholesale distribution centre in Crick, Northamptonshire.
The new site will be developed on Dockham Way and construction is expected to start this month with completion scheduled for the summer.
JF Finnegan Managing Director Gary Smith said, 'We are delighted to be continuing our relationship with Costco on this extensive new depot.’
