Dorchester Collection has named Philippe Leboeuf as its new Chief Executive Officer, with his appointment taking effect in June 2025.
An award-winning and experienced hotelier, Philippe brings extensive expertise in luxury hospitality across multiple continents. His strategic vision, leadership, and deep understanding of operations and organisational culture, along with his proven track record in new openings, will further strengthen Dorchester Collection’s position as a leader in luxury hospitality.
Philippe has served as Director General of Concorde Hotels, owned by Taittinger, where he managed 19 owned and 70 affiliated hotels. He has also been a Board Director for Leading Hotels of the World and held several senior leadership roles, including Regional Vice President of Operations for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Vice President of Operations for Rosewood, and General Manager of Claridge’s. Most recently, as Managing Director of Raffles London, he successfully oversaw the hotel’s opening.

A graduate of Cornell University and HEC Management School in Paris, Philippe is fluent in four languages: English, French, Italian, and Spanish. He was also honored with the title of Knight of the Legion of Honour by the French government.
