American-style diner in Edinburgh comes to market

Bruno’s 7 to 7 Diner in Edinburgh has been brought to the market by Christie & Co, with a leasehold price of £60k and an annual rent of £18,500.

The American-themed, 44-cover diner is located opposite the Princes Exchange building on Lothian Road, which houses several businesses, and has recently undergone a full refurbishment.

The fully licensed restaurant has come up for sale as the current owner, who has operated the site for three years, intends to move abroad due to family commitments.

Anton Spence, Business Agent in Christie & Co’s Edinburgh office, commented, “Located in an area popular with tourists and students, there is a lot of potential for a new owner to come in and take advantage of this – perhaps by reopening it as a café/bistro providing takeaway food and coffee.

'We have already had some strong interest in the site so we encourage potential buyers to enquire immediately.”
