Popular Ashford bar seeks new owner

Vinnie’s Bar in Ashford, Kent has been brought to the market by Christie & Co with a new 12-year lease at Nil Premium with an annual rent of £35k.

Situated on a corner plot at the entrance to the town’s main shopping centre, Vinnie’s Bar has a bright and airy atmosphere with a modern feel. Split into three areas, the venue comprises a main bar, seating area for the restaurant and a stage and dance floor, with an overall capacity for up to 300 people.

James Hughes, Business Agent in Christie & Co’s Maidstone office who is handling the sale, commented, “Vinnie’s Bar is within a stone’s throw of the new cinema development and at the entrance of the main shopping area thereby ensuring a high footfall.

“The reason for the sale is due to the bar becoming vacant in November 2017 so the landlord is looking for a new tenant to fill the void.”
