The Eat Jersey Food Festival is a three day event, set to return to The Atlantic Hotel in Jersey between 12th and 14th March 2020.
Celebrating The Atlantic’s 50th anniversary, the event will see the hotel’s Executive Chef Will Holland joined by a line-up of chefs.
On 12th March, the chefs will collaborate to create a five course dining experience with sommelier pairings.
On 13th March, Daniel Clifford, Chef Patron of the two Michelin-starred restaurant, Midsummer House in Cambridge, will be attending the event.
On 14th March, there will be a pop-up chef collaboration between Kuba Winkowski and Will Holland, and joined by his sous chef Adam Braithwaite.
