Lendlease has announced the signing of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants for the landmark Pavilion building at Stratford Cross. The 10,000 sq ft space will be the site of the 6th London location for Gordon Ramsay’s popular Bread Street Kitchen & Bar.
Occupying all three levels of Stratford Cross' Pavilion and set to open on June 3rd, Bread Street Kitchen & Bar will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. The venue will also feature spaces for private dining and events, as well as a community workspace within the ground floor café, which will serve coffee and pastries from 8am Monday to Friday.
The 3,000 sq ft rooftop bar provides al-fresco dining with views over the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the East Bank Cultural Quarter. Additionally, the ground floor boasts a 30-seater outdoor terrace. The Stratford Cross restaurant will offer a bespoke menu with new additions tailored for Pavilion guests, alongside a classic menu featuring globally inspired Gordon Ramsay dishes.

Founded in 1998, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants is the restaurant business of the acclaimed chef, restaurateur, TV personality, and author Gordon Ramsay. With 34 restaurants, it is one of the largest privately-owned restaurant groups in the UK.
The group also operates 22 international restaurants in locations such as Shanghai, South Korea, Malaysia, France, Dubai, Singapore, and now Thailand, with further international openings planned. In addition, the business has 30 restaurants across the US, bringing the global total to 86 restaurants.
To date, Gordon Ramsay holds a total of eight Michelin stars across his restaurants worldwide. This includes his flagship, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, which has maintained three Michelin stars for over 22 years. Additionally, the Michelin Guide newcomer, Restaurant 1890, was awarded its first star in February 2024.
