KE Hotels has entered into new management agreements to acquire three Hampton by Hilton properties, marking a significant step in its plans for expansion across the UK.
The KE Hotels portfolio has now expanded with the addition of Hampton by Hilton Newcastle, Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Broad Street, and Hampton by Hilton Sheffield. These properties join an impressive line up that includes Moxy Manchester, Linton Lodge Oxford, and Hotel Indigo Newcastle.
These three acquisitions strengthen the company’s strategy to target 'various market segments' through collaborations with leading hospitality brands.
Josh Watts, chief operating officer at KE Hotels, said: “We’re delighted to be taking on these three Hampton by Hilton hotels, operating alongside Hilton.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity to work with the talented general managers at each property and we’re thrilled to be supporting their delivery of exceptional guest experiences and strong returns for the owners. This venture also represents an exciting new chapter as we continue to expand our footprint in the UK hospitality market.”
KE Hotels now manages a total of seven properties across the UK, with plans for an extensive rebrand and refurbishment of Linton Lodge scheduled for 2025.
