The team behind Turkish-style restaurant, Yosma, has revealed plans to open a second London site this October, named Hovarda.
The Good Food Society restaurant group and former Jamie Oliver chef, Hus Vedat, plan to open the Greek and Turkish inspired restaurant at a 5,670 sq ft site on Rupert Street in Chinatown.
Yosma was founded by Levent Büyükugur and Sanjay Nandi. Büyükugur is the founder of the first corporate restaurant group in Turkey, Istanbul Doors, which now has over 40 restaurants and the Ajia Hotel in Istanbul.
Nandi is a former Lehman Brothers Vice President in London and was a member of the Board of Director of Istanbul Doors.
