Mitie-owned caterer, Creativevents has reported a 60% rise in public catering revenue from its Creative Taste division. The sales increase has been noted since the group relaunched the Dulwich Picture Gallery Café (pictured) in June not long after the firm won a £3.8m hospitality contract with the venue.
The Picture Gallery Café has seen a complete refurbisment and is open for breakfast, brunch, lunch and afternoon tea, as well as roast lunches during the weekend. It also provides a children’s menu with small versions of adult dishes.
The cafe is available to hire for private evening occasions and the group is aiming to expand the Gallery’s wedding and corporate business within the next 12 months.
