New World Trading Co enlists wireless social to monitor brand impact


Award winning restaurant and bar operator, New World Trading Company has appointed Wireless Social to measure its brand impact through installation of, industry-leading platform, Presence Analytics across its growing multiple brand estate of 25 sites.

The five-year agreement will see New World Trading Company use Presence Analytics to monitor customer footfall, visit frequency and dwell time, in order to analyse the success of brand campaigns and deliver maximum results from its 2019 marketing strategy.

Presence Analytics uses the venue’s Wi-Fi to collect an accurate source of customer data, including detailed information on exactly who is entering a venue at any given time, the date of their first visit and when they last entered the venue. This data is proving invaluable to operators, helping them to build a complete picture of their customers’ habits, behaviours and characteristics to inform their ongoing strategic and marketing activity.
