French artisan bakery and cafe chain, Paul UK has reported that EBITDA rose 19.2% to £4.3m in the year to 31 December 2014, with group turnover up 3.6% to £24.6m
The group, which currently operates 32 stores, plans to open five new sites this year with Paul 3 Quays and Paul Marble Arch opening soon.
The brand serves up a selection of paatisserie, viennoiserie, gourmet salads and sandwiches, alongside freshly-brewed coffee.
