Beef & Brew restaurant is set to open in London's Kentish Town in September, serving up rump, onglet and flat iron steaks.
Beyond the steaks, the menu offers beef in buns including Salt beef brisket, beer cheese & pickles, and French dip: short-rib, gravy & cheese. There is also Crispy Fried Chicken with a choice of rubs, as well as sides of Brisket jam nuggets, and Lemonade soaked aubergine chips.
There will be a range of craft beers on offer as well as beer and food pairing, beer flights along with a selection of wines and cocktails.
Head Chef and co-owner Jessica Simmons was formerly at Angela Hartnett's Murano and the Whitechapel Gallery Dining Room, plus she helped set up the kitchen at the London Fields Brewery.
