Major wins sees Vacherin set for near 25% turnover rise

Specialist London caterer, Vacherin, is on track to deliver an excellent year of sales growth with turnover set to rise by nearly 25% from 2014 levels, with a projected run rate to the end of 2015 of over £17m versus £13.8m at financial year end 2014.

The past nine months have brought in a number of substantial wins for the company including international law firm, Dechert; the Battersea Power Station Redevelopment Corporation; leading Nordic Bank, SEB; integrated shipping services provider, Clarksons; and Mace, the leading international consultancy and construction company.

Vacherin will be providing a wide range of catering services to these clients with services ranging from cafés and staff restaurants to exclusive hospitality and fine dining.

Phil Roker, Owner and Commercial Director for Vacherin, said, “This has been a great year so far for Vacherin and we’re not even finished yet. We’ve been told by several of these new clients that they chose us because the ‘cultural and personality understanding and fit’ was a winning factor and that’s really encouraging.

“There are a number of trends we see evolving too. There is a greater desire to bring more interaction into the dining experience so we have introduced several new ideas including open kitchens with theatre cooking, a chefs table, and inspiring dining areas to create an all-day welcoming environment.

“All of these wins are fantastic additions to our client portfolio and the team is very excited about the potential these partnerships present. These businesses are investing in their catering provision and we are delighted to be part of the process.”
