Global business centre group, Regus is to set up a serviced office at Martland Mill Business Park in Wigan next year.
A variety of high-specification, flexible workspaces and business services will be available, including a dedicated, drop-in business lounge, private offices, meeting rooms, virtual offices and administrative support.
The facility is expected to attract a broad range of customers, from large corporations to local SMEs.
Regus also expects the on-demand workspace to be popular with companies already based on the business park that need occasional extra work and meeting space.
The group currently operates 2,300 business centres across 106 countries.
