Regus is to acquire Avanta, the London-based network of 33 serviced offices, for £40m, taking its total UK portfolio to 320 sites across 50 cities.

Avanta was formed in 2004 and in July 2013 it was acquired by the AIM-listed company, Serviced Office Group Plc. This led the combined organisation to become the UK’s second largest provider of office space by workstation, behind only Regus.
