Restaurant and bar group, Drake & Morgan has acquired a further three sites bringing its estate to 14.
A Refinery-branded 5,800 sq ft, 185-coveroutlet will open in in the new Cotton Building, Spinningfields Manchester this autumn.
This will be followed by an Edinburgh opening - announced in July 2015 - which is situated in the new £75m office development in St Andrew’s Square.
The second newly acquired 400-cover venue, which will open next spring in the mixed-use West India Quay development, occupying over 13,000 sq ft across three floors.
The third bar and restaurant, Drake & Morgan’s second outlet in Manchester, will be the 6,000 sq ft, 185-cover site, also launching spring 2017. This site will be situated at One St Peter’s Square, which is part of a £185m redevelopment of the area.
