Owner of Michelin-starred Casamia, Peter Sanchez-Iglesias is set to open a new restaurant Pi Shop ahead of a third eatery, Paco Tapas.
The 40-seater pizzeria will be opening at the contemporary City and Country development, The General in Bristol on 21 July.
Pi Shop will be serving a range of authentic Italian pizzas, and will feature an open-plan kitchen and wood fired oven.
The restaurant will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner services, and the restaurant team will continue Casamia's tradition of sourcing and using the very best in seasonal, local produce.
Casamia, the highly acclaimed fine dining restaurant, reopened at its new city centre location at The General in January.
