The UK's largest go-karting operator, TeamSport has been granted planning permission for a £1.2m indoor go-kart facility in Harlow, which will open this July.
TeamSport, which currently operates 20 karting centres nationwide, announced that a 500 metre multilevel track will be completed in River Way, which will allow up to 16 people to race at once.
The site will create up to 40 jobs, and will also offer a licensed bar and conference facilities.
Before the Harlow venue opens, TeamSport is opening a centre in Dunstable in May.
