The two businesses have come together to purchase the site with its listed facade and are expected to start construction later this year, with the hotel opening in the spring of 2019.

The site, which was marketed by CBRE for offers in excess of £6m, is close to Park Royal Business Park, with excellent connectivity to central London, Wembley Stadium, Heathrow Airport and Chiswick Business Park.

Paul Callingham said, 'We are thrilled to have acquired our first London hotel site and look forward to working with Hilton on this exciting project. The location of the hotel is excellent, being next to Park Royal underground whilst close to, Hangar Lane, Crossrail and the pro- posed HS2 terminus at Old Oak Common.'
