The Riverside Inn on Gorseinon High Street, Gorseion Swansea has been sold to Seagers Restaurants as the previous owners have retired.
The new acquisition makes it the third venue for Seagers Restaurants, joining the award-winnng Y Bryngwyn in Llanelli and the Grill House in Waunarlwydd, Swansea.
The group is headed up by Swansea entrepreneur, Chris Seagers, who now plans to undertake an extensive refurbishment of the pub-restaurant before relaunching in the new year.
The venue currently spans 4,663 sq ft, and has two bar areas with restaurant seating, in addition to first floor office accommodation.
