Family-run Seagers Restaurants is planning to create up to 40 jobs at a new steak restaurant due to open in Gorseinon, Swansea, this March.
Situated on the High Street in the town centre, the historic building will open as a Seagers restaurant following major refurbishment work, which is currently underway.
Lee Seager will be the general manager at the new Seagers at No 1 High Street.
The company already operates two other award-winning restaurants – the Bryngwyn in Pwll, Llanelli, and the Grill House in Waunarlwydd.
Menu items include a range of steaks, burgers and grilled meat, including a selection of chicken grilled melts.
