Hertfordshire based Pub Company, Oakman Inns and Restaurants, is due to open its sixth site next month after investing approximately £3m on converting and refurbishing the Marlborough Hotel in Market Square Whitney.
The boutique hotel which comprises of 21 bedrooms, a restaurant and bar, has under gone a full refurbishment and renovation since it was purchased last year, and will re open under its original name the Blue Boar Inn.
The company, owned by former Whitbread executive Peter Borg-Neal, also appointed Jason Ross as its new finance director earlier this year.
