The Dalata Hotel Group has announced its acquisition of the 4-star Tower Hotel in Londonderry.
The 90-bedroom hotel, which overlooks the city walls, will now be rebranded a Maldron Hotel and will join the group’s 12 existing hotel in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
The Tower Hotel also includes a restaurant, bar and grill and five conference rooms. The sale is expected to complete in October 2014.
