Simply Fresh is looking to add at least another 40 stores to its estate this year with both Simply Fresh and Simple Local formats.
There will be 5 Simply Fresh outlets opening in quarter two, and 12 Simply Local stores are planned to open in the year. The group also intends to further develop its new Simply Fresh Kitchen format and The Hungry Joe's take away concept.
Brothers and directors of Simply Fresh, Sukhjit and Kash Khera have run convenience stores for many years and been involved with the majority of the c-store symbols.
