Award-winning chef Ollie Dabbous is hosting a wildly unique dining experience in connection with Ampersand, proud to create events at ZSL London Zoo, on 27 September.
Foodies will be invited to sample Ollie’s Michelin starred food whilst coming almost face to face with tigers, kangaroos and wallabies.
Ampersand, part of CH&Co Group, has enabled the experience, which will kick off with a Champagne reception overlooking Tiger Territory. Guests will embark on a journey through an Indonesian habitat, observing beautiful tigers through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
A three course meal, cooked by Ollie Dabbous, will follow. Served in Mappin the Pavilion, diners will enjoy unrivalled views of Regents Park, Tiger Territory and the Australian Outback themed enclosure.
Owner of Dabbous, the Michelin starred restaurant in London, the chef has received critical acclaim for his clean flavours, elegant presentation and innovative food pairings. The evening’s menu will undoubtedly offer foodies an unforgettable dining experience in the heart of one of the capital’s most celebrated venues.
