Pitcher & Piano to open 18th site in Sheffield

A new Pitcher & Piano in Sheffield will officially open its doors on Friday 19 October on the site of the former National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) Building, on Holly Street.

Famed for its fun and vibrant atmosphere, this will be 18th site in the UK, for the legendary brand, alongside venues in York, Nottingham, Harrogate, Birmingham and Newcastle.

The new venue (pictured) will be serving up a range of interesting cocktails, wines and premium draught on tap, as well as fresh food from lunch through to the evening. All within a stunning bar with plenty of private bookable spaces.

Colin Sadler, Managing Director of Pitcher & Piano, commented, “We’re thrilled to be opening our brand new site in Sheffield. The former NUM building offers a unique character, in line with our other beautifully designed bars across the country.

“Sheffield is a brilliant, vibrant city steeped in culture. Our latest site is stone’s throw from City Hall and the city’s famous theatre complex. We hope it will become an after-work favourite for the people of Sheffield.'
