Bespoke Hotels seals deals for two management contracts

Bespoke Hotels has bolstered its UK portfolio by securing two new management contracts.

The UK's largest independent hotel group has expanded its roster to include the Green House hotel in Bournemouth and Cwrt Bleddyn hotel and spa in Wales.

This announcement follows Bespoke Hotels' earlier plans to open Hotel Gotham Newcastle, Hotel Gotham Bristol, and Bailiffgate Hotel in Alnwick earlier this year.

The Green House hotel is a Grade II-listed Victorian villa featuring 32 bedrooms, whereas the Cwrt Bleddyn hotel and spa boasts 44 bedrooms and is nestled within 50 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Guests at Cwrt Bleddyn have access to a range of amenities including a large indoor swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, courtyard, and the Cwrtium day spa.

Thomas Greenall, chief executive Officer at Bespoke Hotels, said: 'I'm thrilled to welcome two stunning properties to the Bespoke family. The hotels perfectly complement our commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and unforgettable experiences.

'We're confident that our proven track record of success, combined with the unique strengths of these properties, will create exceptional value for both guests and ownership.'

Established in 2000, Bespoke Hotels has become a prominent player in the hospitality industry, representing nearly 250 properties, with more than 70 of them being independent establishments.
