Hotel brand La Tour is to open the first four-star hotel with conference facilities in the Oxfordshire region at Milton Gate Business Park. Work is set to start this autumn.
The 145-bedroomed, state-of-the-art hotel is set to help address the shortage of overnight accommodation in the area.
The hotel’s striking appearance is set to liven up the landscape around Didcot and will serve Milton Park’s 250 companies and 7,500 employees.
The new building is set to include a restaurant, business drop zone and executive conference space with a 350-person delegate room.
La Tour, which also owns and operates a four star hotel in Birmingham, is expanding across the country. It plans to develop 10 hotels in locations including Cambridge, Slough, Manchester and Edinburgh within the next seven years.
