Tapas Revolution opens largest site with Cava bar

Tapas Revolution has just opened its largest restaurant to date which includes its first dedicated Cava Bar, paying homage to Spain's signature bubbles.

The 100-cover casual dining eatery in Westfield Stratford, London E20, also comes with an outside terrace.

The menu serves up dishes such as Slow-roasted Iberian pork shank served with roasted piquillo peppers and tomato tapenade, Pan-roasted loin of cod served with slow-cooked red peppers & green olive salsa verde, and Baked chorizo sausage, potatoes & free range egg.

There are paellas too made with rice from the Albufera wetlands, handmade stock, saffron, smoked paprika, and served in the traditional wide-bottomed pan. These include Paella Valencia with chicken, green beans, artichokes, red peppers & rosemary, and Paella De Marisco with squid, tiger prawns, mussels & red pepper.

The Cava Bar offers 23 different Cavas by the bottle and six by the glass, which have been specially selected by Bruno Murciano, one of Spain’s most respected sommeliers.
